Choc refrigerator cookies

Chocolate cookies made with butter, sugar, and cocoa powder.

🧂Ingredients
- •1/4 c. butter or margarine
- •1/2 c. sugar
- •1 egg
- •3 c. cake flour
- •1/4 tsp salt
- •1/2 c. cocoa
- •1/2 c. chopped pecans
- •4 oz sweet chocolate

Cream butter + sugar - blend in egg - measure flour - Stir flour, cocoa + salt into butter mixture - Blend well - Chill dough 1-2 hours

Press & move in a long smooth rolls 1/2" in diameter. Roll into pecans on all sides.

Chill overnight

Cut into 1/8 slices. Melt choc - frost center of cookies
