🧂Ingredients
- •6-8 canned or homemade dinner rolls
- •¾ cup unsalted butter, melted
- •½ cup sugar
- •1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- •Extra butter for greasing the pan
- •Optional: brown sugar and a swirl of caramel drizzle on top
👩🍳Instructions
- 1
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Butter a square 8-inch baking dish or mini bundt pan thoroughly.
- 2
Cut each dinner roll in half horizontally. Brush every cut surface with melted butter.
- 3
Between the two halves of each roll, spread a little cinnamon-sugar mix (mix sugar and cinnamon together first). Stack them back like a sandwich.
- 4
Place the rolls cut-side up, close together in the dish so they'll expand into each other during baking.
- 5
Bake 25-30 minutes until golden and warm through.
- 6
Top with extra melted butter while hot. Caramelize with a kitchen torch for a fancy finish — pull apart by hand and serve warm.
