- •1 pkg frozen broccoli
- •1/2 cups water
- •4 Chicken boullion cubes
- •1 stick butter
- •1 med onion chopped
- •3T flour
- •2 cups milk
- •1 pt half + half

Cook until tender

Do not add salt.

Meet butter in skillet - cook onion until golden, not brown.

Add to onion mixture and cook until thick.
